Rich Hagan - President & Chief Executive Officer

As President, Mr. Hagan is responsible for the operations within HomeOwners Advantage, driving business growth, operational effectiveness and process efficiency. Mr. Hagan is an executive with over 25 years of proven experience in global business. Prior to joining HomeOwners Advantage, Mr. Hagan was most recently the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Hagemeyer North America. He has held executive positions in Radiant Systems and The Coca-Cola Company and was also a Manager with Ernst & Young’s management consulting practice, working with a number of Fortune 500 clients. He has extensive background in finance, operations, information technology and strategic planning. Mr. Hagan also serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for the University of Massachusetts - College of Management, and also serves on a number of Boards and Advisory Committees. Mr. Hagan is a licensed real estate professional.

Larry Munn - Chief Operating Officer

Larry provides HomeOwners Advantage with over 23 years of professional experience in operations – with demonstrated results in developing and continually optimizing the operating effectiveness of organizations. Larry’s primary role is to ensure that Homeowner’s Advantage provides the highest quality service possible to its clients, and he achieves this through a relentless focus on our processes, accountability, and communication. Prior to joining HomeOwners Advantage, Larry held senior level operational roles on the campuses of The University of Alabama and Georgia State University. Most recently, he created the Post-Closing Department and served as Vice President for Realty Operations and, subsequently, Sr. Vice President of Operations for a major real estate developer. Larry graduated from Clemson University and earned a Masters degree and Ph.D from The University of Alabama.

Erin Boatwright - Director of Energy and Building Standards

In her role as Director of Energy and Building Standards, Ms. Boatwright is responsible for utility/energy management, administrator of standard operating procedures and training oversight across all HomeOwners Advantage managed properties. In her role, Ms. Boatwright assists the on-site management team in driving efficiencies and implementing processes and procedures that result in containing costs while improving the property and resident living experience. Ms. Boatwright is in her fourth year with the HomeOwners Advantage team and also has experience managing all aspects of Association operations. Prior to joining HomeOwners Advantage, Ms. Boatwright worked for Southface Energy Institute, a non-profit environmental organization, which promotes sustainable homes, workplaces and communities. Her focus for that organization was energy conservation within residential structures. She is a licensed Community Association Manager in the state of Georgia and is currently pursuing LEED AP certification.

Mark Dressel - Chief Finance Officer

As Chief Finance officer, Mr. Dressel has management oversight and responsibility for all financial functions and oversees all revenues, costs, capital expenditures, investments and debt. Prior to joining HomeOwners Advantage he began his career in 1986 with Hyatt Hotels, rising through the ranks to become assistant controller at the property level before joining The Ritz-Carlton Company in 1990. In his 13 years with Ritz-Carlton, he assumed increasing responsibilities in budgeting, financial reporting, staffing and asset management at hotels in St. Louis, Dearborn and Washington, DC. In 2002 he was named Regional Director of Finance for the Washington, DC region, with primary responsibility for risk assessment, internal-control audits and comparative financial analysis. In addition, Dressel developed and managed a centralized accounting operation for the Ritz-Carlton Hotels of Washington DC, Boston and New York. He joined Mandarin Oriental in Washington, DC in 2003 as financial controller and served on the executive team that opened the hotel in 2004. A native of Philadelphia, Dressel is a graduate of James Madison University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with concentration in hotel and restaurant management.

Thom Millwood - Director of Human Resources

In his role as Director, Human Resources, Mr. Millwood is responsible for the management of all Human Resources facets, including recruitment/retention, benefits selection and administration, compensation, employee relations, and compliance. Mr. Millwood’s responsibilities include properties in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Nashville, and Tampa. Mr. Millwood also serves as Human Resources Manager to other HomeOwners Advantage entities as well. Mr. Millwood is in his fourth year with HomeOwners Advantage and has 16 years of direct HR related experience encompassing industries in development, healthcare, higher education, and manufacturing.
